876,003. Latches. GENERAL GAS APPLIANCES Ltd. Oct. 16, 1959 [Dec. 19, 1958], No. 40985/58. Class 44. A door latch comprises a latch bolt 10 pivotally secured to a door at 10c and a keeper 15 attached a door frame 15a by two screws, bolts or the like 18, 18 such that the position of the end of the keeper which cooperates with an arm 10b of the latch bolt may be adjusted relative to the door frame 15a. The latch bolt is urged towards a locked position by a spring 12 and is operated externally by a push-button 13. The keeper may be a flat plate in which case a raised portion similar to 17 is formed on the door frame 15a.
