794,922. Screens for vehicle windows. LE GRYS, G. H. May 10, 1956 [July 15. 1955; March 7, 1956], Nos. 20571/55 and 7117/56. Class 20(3) A transparent draught preventing screen 4, made e.g. of glass, or of transparent synthetic plastic material, is fitted inside a vehicle in an inclined position across the top of a frame 1 for a sliding window 3 its upper edge being more remote from the plane of the window 3 than its lower edge. The screen 4, curved along the top to match the frame 1, and supported at each end in a bracket 5 screwed to the frame 1, is preferaby used in conjunction with a front swing window 2. Adjustable side brackets, not shown, can be used for varying the inclination of the screen. Further modifications show side brackets formed as integral parts of the screen.
