785,020. Laminates. LEWIS, J., and RUBBER IMPROVEMENT, Ltd. Aug. 12, 1954 [Aug. 19, 1953], No. 22841/53. Class 140. A floor covering of plastic or rubber is coated on its undersurface with a tacky cement which is protected, until the covering is laid, by a removable sheet of vinyl chloride polymer or copolymer. The floor covering may be buffed to give a good anchor to the cement. After application of the removable sheet, the covering can be cut into tiles.
