A suspended tile furnace wall of the type in which hanger tiles suspended from a metal framework support wall tiles, comprises hanger tiles 28 supported by removable clips 26 from the metal framework and formed with spaced bosses 51 on the side faces engaging a plurality of wall tiles 30 which extend forwardly of the hanger tiles, the wall being completed by filler tiles 32 and insulation 34. The metal framework comprises horizontal channel members 20 connected by spaced vertical runner bars 38 formed with key slots 44 each engaged by the key or boss 47 on a clip 26 which has two curved arms 48 engaging an arcuate channel 52 in each side face of a hanger tile which has its rear face resting against the runner bar. Each wall tile 30 is generally rectangular and is formed with interengaging channels 61 and ridges 63 on top or bottom faces, and with a double truncated V-channel 65 on one side. The other side is inset at 71 to engage the hanger tile and the inset portion is also formed with a recess engaging one of the bosses 51 on a hanger tile. The filler tiles 32 are also formed with interengaging channels 76 and ridges 78, and with truncated V-ridges 81 engaging the double truncated V-channels 65 of the wall tiles.
