Abstract

In a heat exchanger (see Group XIII) comprising concentric tubes having guide vanes secured thereto for directing a heat exchanging fluid in a meandering path over said tubes, the tubes and guide vanes may be made from malleable iron or from an acid proof iron alloy for instance .Co.10.per cent .Cr.17.5.per cent .Ni.10.per cent .Mo.1.5.per cent or from aluminium alloy, for instance .Al.97.25.per cent .Mg.2.5.per cent .Cr.0.25.per cent or from a copper alloy, for instance .Cu.96.per cent .Si.3.per cent .Mn.1.per cent
