Abstract

758,015. Agricultural distributers. PIKE, R. H., and BALLINGER, R. Oct. 11, 1954 [Oct. 23, 1953], No. 29328/63. Class 6 (1). A flexible tube which may be used in an agricultural distributer for seeds, fertilizers, &c., is made of resilient material, such as rubber, and has a cylindrical bore 3 together with a corrugated outer surface 6. The smooth ends 4 and 5 of the tube may be reinforced with metal linings, the funnelshaped end 4 being adapted for connection to the outlet of a hopper and the end 5 with a smooth tapering outer surface for connection to a member from which the seeds pass to the ground.
