[Also in Group XXX] Building structures are built up of pyramids which as shown are formed of two triangular members A, Fig. 1, and a base B, and which are pivoted together at their base by plates g and bolt-holes d, c and fixed in the desired relative angular position by tie rods C between the apices f of the pyramids. The tie rods C may be adjustable in length. Fig. 3 (not shown) shows a column, Fig. 4 (not shown) shows an archway, Fig. 6 (not shown) shows a bridge and Fig. 7 (not shown) shows centreing for a bridge arch.
