739,366. Securing rotary tools to shafts. CANADIAN GENERAL ELECTRIC CO., Ltd. Jan. 29, 1954 [Jan. 31, 1953], No. 2814/54. Class 80 (2). For securing a rotary tool, such as a brush 3, to its driving shaft 2, a flanged member 4 fixed to the tool and the shaft end have polygonal and cylindrical interfitting parts 10, 7 and 11, 8. A spring ring 13 located in a groove 12 in the shaft and bearing against a flared edge 9 of the member 4 retains the tool in position.
