A contoured upholstery pad comprises a moulded squab 1 of rubberized hair or other fibre covered by a uniform layer 2 of rubber or the like, the outer surface 6 of which follows the contour of the squab. The covering layer 2 may be attached to the squab by a flexible adhesive or by stitching. Specifications 341,936, 468,861, [Group VIII], and 738,566, [Group IX], are referred to.
