A resilient polyurethane foam mattress, cushion or like pad of Specification 804,093 is provided with a longitudinal concavity 14 on its upper face and has unincised sidefaces and a number of linearly extending incisions 11 on its rear face. The incisions 11 may take any of the forms described in Specification 804,093. Specification 799,647 also is referred to.
