Abstract
734,167. Expansible wristwatch bracelets. RODI & WIENENBERGER AKT.-GES. Oct. 1, 1953, No. 26932/53. Class 43. In an expansible wristwatch bracelet of the lazy-tongs type the joint connecting the double arm links a, b at their centres includes a flanged hollow rivet d pivotally secured in bores in the links and accommodating the retraction spring g with its ends h, i respectively engaging the crossed links of the outer parts of which are pivotally connected at their free ends to two pivotally connected single arm links a', b<SP>1</SP> and a bracelet connecting plate o, p is pivotally connected to the pivotal joint of the single arm links intermediate thereof and carries at its transverse front edge two hinge members q each having a rearwardly extending ear r between which members is inserted the hinge member w of a hook-like bent watch attachment plate x, and each link and the plate o, p is provided with a cover shell f or e. The pivots between the ends of the .double arm links and between the double and single arm links include upright positioned T-shaped lugs l formed on the lower links a and passed through slots n in the upper links b and turned with respect to the slots n. The cover shells of the plates o, p are provided with tongues u projecting from the walls and are bent around the lower edges of the connecting plate or links.
