733,013. Rotary valves. SIMON, Ltd., H. Jan. 27, 1954 [March 12, 1963], No. 6802/53. Class 135. A rotary valve for coupling any one of a series of branches in a pneumatic conveying system for the conveyance of cereals &c. to a single branch comprises a rotary member e having a curved or angled passageway f having one end coaxial with the single branch b and its other end adapted on rotation of the member by a shaft h to register in sequence with branches d disposed in a circle concentric with the axis of the single branch. The shaft h extends through the casing a on that side thereof remote from the branch b.
