729,937. Tools for setting out work. PARAMOUNT ARCADIA (WILLESDEN), Ltd: Aug. 21, 1953 [Aug. 21, 1952], No. 21031/52. Class 61. [Also in Group XXII] A tool for use when fitting metal draught excluder comprises a handle 1 having fitted thereto a channel section member 3 having two side limbs 4 with rounded, blunted edges which form a marker and a guide. In use one limb 4 is guided against the edge of the draught excluder strip 5, the other limb being pressed against the strip to produce a fold line 8 about which the strip automatically flexes to move the free edge away from the face of a door or window frame 7. The channel of the tang decreases in depth from the outer to the inner end, the tang being forced into the handle with a wedging action.
