718,795. Opening sealed containers. PERFECTUBE. Jan. 6, 1953, [Jan. 10, 1952.] No. 388/53. Class 66. In a closure cap for a container the neck of which is sealed by a frangible covering comprising on its inside face teeth A for cutting-out a disc from the covering the teeth A are arranged as a crown formed at the extremity of a tubular portion of circular cross-section fast with the inside face of the cap. The tubular portion may be slightly conical with its diameter decreasing towards the teeth. The internal surface of the cap may be smooth or, as shown, screw threaded. The cap bearing the opening-device may be mounted fast in back-to-back relationship with another cap used as an initial closure means.
