Abstract

716,695. Roller mills. MIAG MUEHLENBAU UND INDUSTRIE GES. Oct. 1, 1952 [Oct. 4, 1951], No. 24531/52. Class 59 Scrapers 4 for the co-operating grinding rollers 1, 2 of a roller mill are secured to rails 5 which are acted on by a notched member 8, Fig. 1, which is movable to the right or left and is acted on by a spring 15 the points of application of which are adjustable. In a modification, Fig. 2, the rails are acted on by bell-crank levers the arms 9 of which overlap and the notched arms 13 of which are connected by a tension spring 14, a set screw 11 being provided between the overlapping arms 9.
