Class 135 A pressure relief plug for a pressure cooker comprises a resilient disc 6a housed in a stepped ring 5 and normally seating against a flange 2 surrounding a stepped hole 7 in the lid or wall 1 of the cooker. The ring 5 is held in position by infurning a flange 6 surrounding the hole on the inner face of the lid or wall.
