Class 75 (1) The nozzle e of a liquid-fuel burner for use in a gas turbine or other combustion chamber, is carried by a stem c which is surrounded by an air duct a which conveys an air stream to the nozzle from an air jacket formed between the combustion chamber h and a surrounding wall f, and the air duct a comprises a series of overlapping tubular components so spaced as to provide narrow air passages between adjacent components.
