Class 6 (1) An agricultural machine comprises a tool holder attached by parallel links d, e to a tool-bar, the tool holder being provided with horizontal and vertical holes i for the attachment of interchangeable tools. As 'shown, the links d, e consist of forged and slotted channels and a spring h serves to depress the tool holder. A fork t is provided to hold a gauge wheel assembly v. Tools such as a ridging plough s are held in position by means of a set screw l. Alternatively cultivator tines may be inserted or two furrow opening discs mounted on a common shaft may be used, or rotary spade-like blades mounted on transverse shafts inserted in the holes i may be used.
