Classes 69 (3) and 135 A tubular discharge element 10, fed with liquid through a handle 12 and a passage 11, contains a valve comprising a metal spindle 13 and a valve head 18 screwed thereon. The head is of baked synthetic resin in which a fabric is embedded, and is forced against a seating 20 by a spring 19. The valve is opened by a pivoted lever 15.
