Class 64 (ii) [Also in Group XVII) High-pressure hot water is circulated through chests or a chest b beneath the bed plates a supporting a Noble Comb and a tube e is provided passing through the wall of the outlet pipe d or, as shown, through the wall of the inlet pipe c, for the escape of air through an air vent valve e<SP>1</SP>. This valve e' is operable manually to permit escape of air when filling the chest with water and thereafter operates automatically to vent off any accumulating air. It is situated between the inlet and outlet pipes c, d near to control valves c<SP>2</SP>, d<SP>2</SP> therein. The top of the air tube e is cut away in an inverted V to avoid blockage.
