Oct. 17, 1951 [Oct. 17, 1950], No. 25280/50: Class 52(v) A rack for holding small articles comprises a frame 1 having a rear portion 2 and flanges 3, 5, the lower flange 3 being curved to form a longitudinally ex - tending substantially rigid support member 4, and the upper flange 5 being provided with a channel 6 to receive the clamping means in the form of a series of elements 8 of resilient material, such as sponge rubber, the lower edge of each element extending close to the upper surface of the rigid support 4. The series of separate elements 8 may be replaced by a continuous strip of resilient material and the frame may consist of a rod or rail, and a parallel member for supporting the flexible elements connected to the rod or rail by brackets.
