678,579. Spectacles. HAMBLIN, Ltd., T. Jan. 10, 1951 [March 10, 1950], No. 6137/50. Class 97 (i). The side arms 7, 8 of a pair of spectacles are shorter than usual and are provided at their ends with buttons 9, 10 shaped to fit within the depression behind the Zygomatic arch of a wearer. The lens rims of the spectacles shown are pivoted to a bridge 3, reinforced at 4. One side-arm is preferably pivoted to its lens rim at a higher level than the other side arm to aid folding of the spectacles.
