Abstract
674,411. Photographic cameras. DECKEL, H. and DECKEL, F. W. Oct. 30, 1950 [Nov. 2, 1949], No. 26393/50. Class 98(i). A photographic camera having a shutter of the between-lens type which is secured as a selfcontained unit 14 on a wall 12 of the camera and which carries the photographic lens, is characterized in that the plane of the shutter blades 18 and the plane of the wall 12 coincide approximately, so that the lens or an exchangeable part 20 thereof is located in front of, and the shutter unit 14 is located at the rear of, the plane 18. The shutter speed adjusting disc 24 provided on the shutter unit may be operated by an intermediate link or links 26 passing through the wall 12 and co-operating with parts at the outside thereof, such as a setting ring 28.
