650,378. Kinematograph projectors. BRITISH THOMSON-HOUSTON CO., Ltd., and BOWEN, A. Dec. 6, 1948, No. 31522. [Class 97 (i)] The flicker shutter is located between the light source and the film and has at least one opening in which are positioned strips of a heat-absorbing glass so that the glass reduces the heating of the film and is itself cooled by the rotation of the shutter. The shutter may be as in Specification 609,212. Specification 480,267 also is referred to.
