Abstract
672,033. Projection screens. STABLEFORD, J. L. Jan. 19, 1951 [Jan. 19, 1950], No. 1456/50. Class 97 (i). [Also in Group XVII] A casing for a roller type screen comprises complementary hollow parts hinged at 3 so that when the casing is opened the hinged side walls abut and the lowermost surfaces 4, 5 are in the same plane, means being provided to lock the two parts in this position. In the form shown, a member 8, pivoted on a screw 10, is movable through registering slots 15, 16 in the abutting walls to engage its hooked end on a pin 17 in the slot 16. Fastenings 18, 19 are provided for the box when closed. The parts 1, 2, though complementary, may not be equal since the plane where they join when closed may be inclined.
