657,857. Suspending curtains. WALTERS, B. March 14, 1949, No. 6982. Convention date, March 16, 1948. [Class 52 (v)] A device for pleating curtains comprises a tubular member 15 having two slots 17. Extending into the tubular member is a clip 16 consisting of a pair of outer legs 19 with projections 26 which engage the slots 17, a pair of intermediate legs 20 and a third pair of legs 21. The legs 19, 20 provide a clip which grips the material around the tubular member. A hook is inserted through the connecting portion of the legs 21 for supporting the tubular member. According to a modification two separate clips may be used.
