[Classes 63 and 141] A device which may be used as scarf, head covering or sash comprises an elongated, endless loop of material the opposite sides 12 of which are secured together along a portion of the loop spaced from the ends 16, 18 thereof. The sides may be secured by stitching 14 equally spaced from either end, as shown, or the stitching may be nearer to one end than the other. In a modification, one end of the device may be shaped by outwardly curving one side and making it shorter than the other. When the device is used as a head covering, one end thereof is threaded through the other, flared open and passed over the bead, or one end of the loop may be first placed over the head, the rest being wound round the neck and the end pulled through the loop. The device may be waterproof.
