[Class 75 (ii)] An overhead industrial or street lamp comprises a crown a having a spring- loaded pressure ring e mounted therein and bearing down on a reflector g the neck g<SP>2</SP> of which has studs g<SP>1</SP> engaging bayonet slots c<SP>4</SP> formed in the vertical portion c<SP>2</SP> of an outwardly and inwardly flanged annulus c<SP>1</SP>, c<SP>2</SP>, c<SP>3</SP> screwed to the inside of the crown a at d and formed with apertures in its upper flange c<SP>1</SP> to serve as guides for pins e<SP>1</SP> attached to the pressure ring e. Intermediately of these pins are arranged coiled compression springs f projecting from housings a<SP>1</SP> in the crown a to bear on the ring e. Nuts e<SP>2</SP> are provided on the free end of the pins e<SP>1</SP> to limit the downward movement of the ring e.
