637,953. Rainwater gutters. HALL, J. K. H. June 7, 1948, No. 15304. [Class 20 (iv)] The overlapping ends 1, 2 of rainwater gutters are connected together by hook-shaped members 6 which fit over the edges of the gutter, clearing the outer gutter member 2 and engaging the edge of the inner member 1. The members 6 are connected to or form part of flexible straps 4. 5 having means, such as the bolt and nut 10, 15, for tensioning them and forcing the two gutter members together and compressing the jointing material 3 therebetween.
