Divided out of 637,291, under which a Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, May 23, 1946. Drawings to Specification. [Class 108 (iii)] A shock-absorber comprises two telescopically movable members carrying respectively an air cylinder and a liquid cylinder, a piston in the air cylinder to which is connected a ram operating in the liquid cylinder, space about the ram between the cylinders constituting a chamber from which there is a valve-controlled passageway into the air cylinder whereby air in the latter may be replenished by operation of the shock-absorber. Apart from the fact that the claims differ, the subject-matter of this Specification is identical with that described in Specifications 637,291 and 637,360.
