[Class 108 (ii)] [Also in Group XXXI] An implement-carrying tractor comprises a motor unit 1 having a forward steerable wheel 10 and rear driving wheels 8, each of the wheels 8 is carried by the forward end of a drive casing 5 which is pivoted to the rear of the motor unit, the vertical angular positions of the casings 5 are controlled by independently operable hydraulic rams 9 each coupled to one casing 5 and to the motor unit and the wheel 10 is carried by a frame 12 pivoted to the unit and engageable therewith in different relative positions. As shown, the tractor motor drives the wheels 8 through a differential 2, shafts 3, chain drives 4, 4a, 6 to axles 7, which carry the wheels 8 and carried by the casings 5. The frame 12 carrying the wheel 10 is provided with a sector 13 which can be locked to the motor unit by a stop 14 to permit adjustment of the wheel 10, which is steered by a hand wheel 11. The wheel 10 may alternatively be mounted in the position 10a. An implement 16 can be attached to a bracket 15 pivoted on the power unit between the wheels 8.
