[Class 28(ii)] For slicing large sausage &c. on the skew, a tubular or other shaped gravity feed shoot A is hinged at C to the outside of the usual V - shaped gravity feed holder B. The shoot A is adjusted for inclination to the knife B<SP>1</SP> by a set screw and slotted arm E pivoted at F on a bracket G. The hinge C is sufficiently below the holder B to allow the range of adjustment permitted by the slot in E, and to prevent the shoot A itself from being moved into the path of the knife.
