[Class 8(i)] A suction cleaner comprising an elongated generally cylindrical body A enclosing a motor-driven fan and a filter element and formed to receive one end of a flexible suction hose has a wedge-shape end cap C arranged with its thick edge downwards when the cleaner lies on the floor, and a handle formed as a recess or hand hole in the thick edge. Spacing skids E allow ready access to the hand hole.
