[Class 46] [Also in Group XIX] A pressure gauge [see Group XIX] specially adapted for use with a vacuum-feed chlorinator of the type described in Specification 193,032, [Class 46], comprises an inverted bell 16 which controls an indicating or recording pointer 35 and a second inverted bell 15 which is capable of restoring the pointer to its zero position. The bell 16 is connected to the interior of the chlorinator orifice tube 13 so that the pointer 35 normally indicates or records the rate of chlorine supply but, if the latter fails, the pressure within the chlorinator bell-jar 12 falls slightly and the bell 15, which is connected thereto, falls, thus rotating a pulley 41 carrying a pin 43 to zeroize the pointer 35.
