Abstract

832,977. Rotary meters. KENT Ltd., G. April 5, 1957 [April 10, 1956], No. 10950/56. Class 110 (2). In a rotary meter of the gyratory piston type, the indicating unit is mounted within a transparent casing C, W which is disposed within the meter casing B, E and is filled with a liquid containing, if desired, a lubricant and a corrosion inhibitor. The casing C, W communicates with a flexible sac for pressure equalizing purposes and is held against its jointing material J by a support T. The meter is provided with a filter V and the indicator is driven through a worm and spur gearing G.
