[Class 65 (ii)] In a window 1, reversible for cleaning and hinged at 3 to two supporting links 2, the hinged connection of at least one of the links with the surround 6 includes a catch 9 having a restricted mouth which is brought into registration with flats 11 on the hinge pin 5. In a modification, Figs. 4, 5, 6 (not shown), the flats are formed on an extension of the hinge pin and a cover in the form of a sleeve with an opening for the catch surrounds the extension. Supplementary hinges each comprising a catch having a restricted mouth and a hinge pin with flats may be provided along the hinged edge of the window between the links. Specification 584,316 is referred to.
