Abstract

A device for applying adhesive or plastic material comprises a container adapted to eject through a perforation at one end a stream of adhesive and having one or a pair of jaws disposed on this end to act as guides along a sheet for the application of the material to its edge alone. A container 1 with a nozzle 2 has detachably mounted thereon a guide element formed of a hollow boss 3 internally threaded and perforated to be applied to the threaded end 2 of the container 1, which boss 3 is formed <PICT:0607657/III/1> integral with one or a pair of jaws 4 forming guides by which the container 1 can be drawn along the border 5 of a sheet of material 6 so that the adhesive is applied to the edge 7 alone of the border 5.
