Abstract
607,138. Sectional buildings; joints; walls; panels. MANHARD, W. E. Jan. 25, 1946. No. 2587. Convention date, Feb. 1, 1945. [Classes 20(i) and 20(iv)] Apertured T-shaped lugs 8 are secured to and project from the vertical sides of panels, the lugs of one panel overlapping those of the adjacent panel with the apertures more or less registering. The apertures in the higher series of lugs diminish in size downwardly and the panels are secured together by a stepped locking bar 9 passing downwardly through the apertures to engage both ends of the apertures in the upper series of lugs and one end of the apertures in the lower series. The heads 10 of the lugs are anchored in the bases of channel-shaped studs 5 at the sides of the panels, the projecting portions of the lugs being received in the channel of the stud of the adjacent panel.
