601,043. Bottle &c. closures. WALENSKY, L. Sept. 15, 1945, No. 23842. [Class 125(iii)] A closure for a bottle &c. 1 comprises a stopper 2 and a tube 3 passing slidingly therethrough, the tube having no special provision for air admission and being longer than the axial length of the stopper and provided at each end with one or more openings 5 which, at least at one end, is of an area equal or larger than the cross sectional area of the tubes, the opening at one end being placed laterally so that by sliding the tube 3 in the stopper the outflow opening of the tube can be put in communication, or not, with the bottle &c. contents for dispensing the same or for sealing the bottle.
