Abstract
A flux for soldering consists of a solution or dispersion of a hydrohalide of hydrazine in a vehicle. 1 to 10 per cent of hydrazine hydrochloride by weight in water, methylated spirit, glycerine or ethylene glycol may be used as a liquid flux and 0.5-0.75 per cent in resin may be used as a solid flux. In either case a wetting agent may be added.
