597,606. Two-part couplings. PIERCE FOUNDATION, J. B. Aug. 23, 1945, No. 21609. Convention date, Nov. 29, 1944. [Class 38 (i)] A feed section for a seriatim conduit system comprises a housing 10 having a longitudinal partition 10d forming two isolated compartments, each containing a non-circular conductor 12 having a flanged portion 12c for connection to the supply leads. The right-hand ends of the conductors 12 are attached to circular conductors 12d which are clamped in the section to the right, and the left-hand ends have plates for clamping the conductors of the section to the left. The supply leads are threaded through holes 10k in the back of the housing, to which is attached a closure plate 17 carrying a bracket 18 which in turn supports a BX cable clamp 20. A cover (not shown) on the front of the housing completes the structure. Specification 558,681 is referred to.
