Abstract

The materials and methods for cleaning metal parts described in Specification 593,899 which is referred to, are used without the acidification of the cleaning bath. The dipping and spraying or both together methods may be used as described therein. There is also included the cleaning composition without the added water, viz., a homogeneous mixture of a water insoluble grease solvent and an emulsifying agent sufficient in amount to emulsify only a part of the solvent when the composition is mixed with water. The latter may also include the blending agents described in the above Specification.
