[Class 125 (iii)] A bottle stopper formed with a reservoir c communicating with the interior of the bottle or the like by bore d has a resilient member e which may be moved in and out by the thumb of the user to expel air from the reservoir and allow liquid to enter. The resilient member may be integral with or secured to the stopper. Instead of an axial hole d the stopper may have a hole formed at an inclination to the axis, or may be formed with or have attached a short extension tube. According to the Provisional Specification, instead of the resilient member e, a piston or like rigid member controlled by a spring or other resilient mounting may be employed.
