Abstract

586,147. Gas cookers. GROENEVELD, A. Oct. 25, 1941, No. 13755. [Classes 75 (i) and 126] A spill tray 4 supported at its outer edge 3 by the rounded edge 1 of an opening in the frame of a gas cooker fits around the tubular mixing chamber 12 of a burner having an enlarged head fitted with a cover 14 in which the flame openings are formed, the mixing chamber 12 having a sliding fit in an apertured sleeve 10 threaded on the gas nipple carried by a supply pipe 8. The cooking vessel is supported by radial bars 6 on a ring 5 fitting the edge 3 of the tray 4. The burner head is formed with a drip edge 15 to direct spilt liquid into the tray 4.
