[Classes 52 (i) and 52 (ii)] The front and rear legs 8, 11 of a folding dental chair can be folded beneath the seat 6 and, after release of the upper end of the adjustable rear stay 31, the seat back 7 can be folded down upon the seat. The back can be adjusted vertically on the supporting tube 21 by means of a clamp 24 and an adjustable head-rest 27 is mounted in this tube by a clamping screw 28. The feet 36 are detachably mounted in the ends of the legs and extension pieces provide for. alteration in height of the chair.
