[Classes 1 (i) and 91] An emulsifying agent for bituminous emulsions comprises, a saponified B wood rosin oil, which may be admixed with other soaps such as saponified B wood rosin. B wood rosin (Belro resin) is a hard dark-coloured resinous material obtained as a by-product in the selective solvent refining of crude wood rosin.
