[Classes 31 (i) and 31 (ii)] A cutting tool for cutting bituminous felt comprises a blade 16 secured by a bolt 17 in the slotted end. 15 of a bit 13, the remainder of the tool being in all essentials substantially identical with a known form of electrically-heated soldering iron, with the exception that the tool is provided with a second handle 19 extending in the same plane as the blade 16.
