Abstract
571,355. Collapsable cartons &c. SKRINE, H. H., and DRING, Ltd., J. Sept. 20, 1943, No. 15410. [Class 18] A collapsable cardboard &c. box, carton basket, &c., e.g. for tomatoes, plums, grapes or other fruit is made from the blank shown, panels 19, 21 and 20, 22 interlocking on the outside of the walls 1, 3. Panel 9 may be tucked in between either of these pairs of panels. The lid 4 may be without the display panel shown and may be slotted to take a handle projecting from a partition extending between panels 1, 3 to which it is secured by flanges. Ventilation holes 28 may be provided. The container may be sealed with sealing-tape which indicates tampering or render it pilferproof. Specification 545,370 is referred to.
