[Classes 110 (ii) and 122 (iii)] In a windscreen wiper or other vehicle accessory operated by pressure or suction, the motor 10 has an operating passage 11 and an arresting or parking pipe 12 connectible respectively to a storage chamber 15 and a pressure source 14 by a control valve 20., The storage chamber 15 and source 14 are connected through a non-return' valve 17. The control valve is manually operable and comprises three heads 32, 42, 54, movable axially to connect one of the pipes 11, 12 to pressure and the other to atmosphere and rotatable to vary the area
