556,810. Cartons for eggs &c. MOORE, Jun.. G. C. April 16, 1942, No. 5013. [Class 18] A carton e.g. for eggs, is made from two identical cardboard, chip board &c. blanks shown in Fig.1 arranged side by side as shown in Fig. 4, partition panels 11, 12 being hinged along fold lines 13 so that they extend across the complementary blank perpendicular to dts longitudinal axis, each partition being constituted by a pair of panels 11 or 12 and being held in position by engagement of tongues 25. 31 with slits 20, 26. Push sections 13' scored at the ends and scored at the sides provide resilient supports and permit the contents to be pushed upwards. Cover flaps 7 engage slits 46 in the partitions.
